Activity Insights
Top website domains
Browser activity is tracked by website (domain), not lumped into one generic "Chrome" or
"Safari" entry. The dashboard shows separate Top Applications and Top Website Domains
cards, and browser sessions show the resolved domain (e.g. github.com) instead of the browser's
app name elsewhere in the dashboard too.
Kshan resolves the domain by reading the actual browser URL where possible; when that's not available, it falls back to matching known keywords/domains in the window title, including GitHub, Stack Overflow, YouTube, Figma, Notion, Slack, Gmail, Google Search/Docs/Sheets/Meet, Zoom, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). If a domain can't be resolved either way, the session shows under Applications by app name instead.

Timeline hover stats
On the daily timeline, hovering near a cluster of activity highlights the whole continuous block it belongs to — a run of sessions with gaps of 10 minutes or less between them (a longer gap starts a new block). While hovering, a floating tooltip shows:
- Time range of the block
- Active duration — logged tracking time within it
- Focus Score for just that block
- Focus Duration — time spent in Focus/Work categories within it
- Context Switches — how many times you moved from focus work into distraction/other activity
This is a hover-only, mouse-driven interaction on a single day's timeline.

sessions outside the active block, and the floating stats tooltip updating as the cursor moves.
