Daily Email Report

Kshan emails you an end-of-day summary once your workday ends. No setup is needed — you're opted in automatically.

The email includes:

  • Focus Score for the day, color-coded (green ≥70, amber ≥40, red below 40)
  • Stats row — focus time, meeting time, context switches
  • Top categories — up to 3, with proportional bars
  • AI Insights — Pro-plan only; see Subscription & Billing

There's no in-app toggle to turn this off yet. If delivery fails, Kshan retries automatically (within about 15 minutes) rather than silently dropping the email. The timestamp in the email is UTC, not your local timezone.

AI Insights only appear if you're on the Pro plan and Kshan already generated your insights for that day — the daily email doesn't trigger generation on its own.
