Sending Feedback

You can report a bug, request a feature, or leave a general comment without leaving Kshan.

Go to Settings → Feedback → Send Feedback. The dialog has:

  • A category selector — Bug, Idea, or Other
  • A free-text message field (required — empty messages are rejected)
  • A consent toggle, "Include app version, platform, and environment," checked by default. This never includes any of your tracked activity data (sessions, window titles, URLs) — only the app version, OS, and environment.

If you're offline when you submit, your feedback is queued and sent automatically once you're back online. There's currently no way to attach a screenshot, and no in-app view of past submissions or replies — the team reviews feedback directly rather than replying in-app.
